Description

The Leto pregnancy belt is a comfortable and adjustable support belt designed to relieve pelvic, hip, and lower back discomfort during pregnancy. It offers gentle compression and helps to support your growing bump, promoting better posture and reducing strain on the pelvis and spine.

Sizing Guide

To find your best fit, measure around your hips at the level of your pubic bone using a measuring tape.

The belt sizes are as follows:

• Extra Small (XS): fits hips measuring 80–95 cm
• Small (S): fits hips measuring 95–110 cm
• Medium (M): fits hips measuring 110–125 cm
• Large (L): fits hips measuring 125–140 cm

Please note: These belts are generously sized. If you’re between sizes, we recommend choosing the smaller size for a more supportive fit.

How to Wear Your Belt:

• Position the Belt: Place the belt behind your lower back and wrap it firmly around under your bump, fastening it at the front. The front panels should overlap slightly to provide extra support.
• Adjust the Elastic Strap:

1. • Option 1: Attach the smaller elastic strap at the back, then pull each side firmly forward and secure it at the front.
   • Option 2: Attach the elastic strap at the front, then pull the straps back and secure behind you.

Ideal for daily use when walking, standing for long periods, or during gentle exercise. Always consult with your healthcare provider or pelvic health physiotherapist to ensure proper fit and use.
